Need minor adjustments? We will reimburse you up to $75 per suit for local alterations. Please see below for maximum limit for each garment:
Suits (2 Piece- Jacket and Trouser): $75 CAD
Suits (3 Piece – Jacket, Trouser and Vest): $100 CAD
Jacket Only: $50 CAD
Trousers Only: $25 CAD
Vest Only: $25 CAD
Shirt Only: $20 CAD
Please follow the three step process below for alteration reimbursement:
Step 1: Please email [email protected] indicating the alterations required to your garments.
Example: Pants length to be reduced by 1 inch. We recommend to wear your garments and click photos of areas which need alterations. Send these photos to [email protected] with your order number. Each photo size should not be greater than 3 MB. Upon receiving email, we will email you an alteration form specific to your garment.
Step 2: Download the alteration form and take to your local tailor. Have your tailor measure your alterations and fill the form indicating the changes. Get the alterations made
Step 3: Submit the alteration filled form with tax invoice or alteration receipt to [email protected] to claim your alteration reimbursement
All alteration claims should be submitted within 30 days of your order being shipped.
Canada Clothing Company will not be responsible for any alteration expense exceeding the maximum limits set as per our company policy.
Canada Clothing Company will not be responsible for any faulty alterations or damaged fabric or garment during alterations.
Canada Clothing Company will not accept remake or returns of altered garments. It can take up to 30 days after alteration claims have been submitted to get your refunds on your credit card.
Only U.S and Canadian customers are eligible for alteration claims at this time. Please write to us at [email protected] with your order number for inquires on alteration claims.
If the tailor deems the suit unfit for alteration, we will remake it for you.
We have an experienced team of designers and master tailors who can review your photos and advice you if your garment can be altered or needs a remake. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Please wear the garments which you feel needs a remake and send us full body photos of front, back and side views. It is okay if you don’t show your face in the photos. Please email these photos to [email protected]. Each photo size should not exceed 3 MB. Please make sure you indicate your order number on all your email communication.
Step 2: We require the unfitted garment to be shipped back to us. For U.S and Canadian customers, we will pay for return shipping. We cannot cover return shipping costs for clients outside of U.S and Canada. Please send us tracking details of your return shipment at [email protected] indicating your order number.
Step 3: We will email you a separate measurements form and encourage you to talk to our design consultant to help you get measured one more time. Once we receive your updated measurements and photos, we will initiate the remake process. It may take up to 6 weeks to receive your remade order.
All remake request should be initiated within 30 days of order being shipped.
Canada Clothing Company reserves the right to deny remake requests when alterations can be performed locally, alterations have been already attempted on the fabric or if garments are in used condition.
Since our fabric inventory can be seasonal, in the case that your fabric becomes unavailable, you may need to select alternate fabric for the remake order.

We offer risk-free purchase for online custom orders. If you don’t like your purchase at all, we will give you a full refund. A return claim must be submitted within 30 days of order being shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns.
Returned items must be in good and unworn condition. Canada Clothing Company reserves the right to deny refund on a return if the item is deemed to have been altered, worn or damaged
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Refund will be processed through
same mode within 10 working days
We will not accept returns on basis of changes in customization which you have selected.
All returns should meet the aforementioned conditions or the returns will be sent back to the client without refund.
It may take up to 30 days for the credit card to be credited with refund after the garments have been returned
